Not gaining weight!!!!

I'm 20 weeks and have only gained 5 lbs, if that!! This app says I should be 8- 13 lbs more. I saw a nurse practioner and she said I was fine and that you should only gain 10~15 lbs during pregnancy, which seemed very low!! I'm a nurse as well but this is my first baby and I don't if its okay.

If you are on the heavy side you really don't need to gain any weight.  As long as the baby is on track then there is no problem. I lost 30 lbs. With first, 20 lbs. With 2nd, so far have stayed the same with 3rd. Mine was because I changed my eating habits.  I lost weight and still had two 7+Lb. Babies.  Even if you are not a bigger girl and the baby is gaining weight, dont worry about it.

How much you gain depends on a lot of factors.  If the nurse said you're fine, then you are.
I gained 16 pounds my whole pregnancy.
That was a healthy amount for me to gain.
