constipation :(

Im horribly constipated im 13 weeks today im getting some prune juice hopefully it works ! Any of you ladies having or had this ?

Mine was so bad that I had to resort to suppositories since absolutely nothing else worked. I was horrified and disgusted at the idea but I tell you what the instant relief you get is so worth it! You just have to be careful not to become dependent on them and keep well hydrated.

Fiber powder. It worked wonders for me. I wouldn't poop for 4 days at a time. But I started putting it in my juice or hot tea and now I poop everyday

Im in ur boat ladies its awful n im so scared of hemeroids! They say keep hydrated but that doesnt help at alll

OMG yes! I'm 6 weeks and for the past week I've had the worst constipation.
