Haha I didn't start showing until around 16-18 weeks,  and now at 32 weeks I still get the "you look so small to be that far along! " , but baby girl measures perfectly.

Its mostly impossible to be showing at 7 weeks which is still considered very earlyin pregnancy and keep in mind though that every woman carries differently depending on her build.. if you are bleeding however, i think its best that you get checked out incase you did miscarry. Some spotting does not always mean that you are miscarrying though.. i have read up that 70 something percent of women do experience bleeding during pregnancy and are just fine.. but it should never go unchecked just to be safe !

Your baby is the size of a blueberry at 7 weeks. So your not gonna start showing for awhile especially if you're a ftm. I didn't start really showing until 30 weeks or so. And, I also had also miscarriage before my baby girl now. I woke up and was spotting at 5/6 weeks. It didn't start heavy bleeding until I got to the hospital and they confirmed it was also miscarriage.  But, my sister in law had really bad bleeding at 14 and 23 weeks I believe and her and her baby were perfectly fine. If you are bleeding I would head to the ER just be safe. Good luck.

Not all miscarriages have heavy bleeding or pain some have just brown or pink spotting and others won't have any sign at all the only way to tell if you are having one is by an ultrasound from a doctor and 7 weeks is really early to show a lot of women don't start showing till second trimester
