Not sure. Contractions?

I'm a ftm I'm 38+3. And have been having these pains there prob about 10 minutes apart and last about 40/50 seconds, I can barely move when I feel them. It's across my lower back and a little bit of tightening in my lower stomach but mostly in my back. I have had a bit of discharge today like whitey/yellow sorry for tmi! Not sure could these be early labour contractions? I think I've had some BH but they didn't hurt these are hurting me.

Pains have stopped :(. I'm still getting a few cramps here and there.
And tmi but my body's cleaning itself out so maybe it will still happen soon.
Doctors tomorrow so hope they might check me and even do a sweep. But I'm in Australia and they I dunno if they do them til after 40 weeks

Haha babydue07182013 that's funny! I've had a bm so it can't be that if they continue lol.

I've heard to go by the 4-1-1 rule, unless there's a reason you need to go into l&d sooner, contractions every four minutes lasting between thirty seconds to a minute for at least one hour. Good luck!!
