Not sure what to time

So I've had a rough pregnancy with how sick I've been but I've noticed that every time I throw up I think that I pee myself because I'm throwing up so hard but every time I look it's like a milky discharge is that normal?

When you throw up or poop you're using your vaginal muscles which in turn can squeeze or push out discharge.

White watery discharge is completely normal during pregnancy. Whit watery discharge looks milky because its white and watery. If there's a smell to it that doesn't seem right or any itching and burning, clumps to it, or has a bit of green then you should worry.

Dischare are always normal but milky? You may have an infection or something, talk to your doctor about it.
