I've had that before. No idea what it was, I wasn't pregnant though but it lasted for like a week!

As far as your hand goes, I'm no doctor, but it sounds like it might be carpal tunnel. While pregnant years ago with my 1st son I had a job on phone/computer and typed for hours almost everyday, and then noticed my fingertips and parts of my hand would go numb. I was swollen and had put on some weight and that was what my doctor told me. And the other day, completely unrelated, my driving foot got numb. Happened twice and I don't know why.. Just figuring that it's extra fluids & stuff and I'm going to try not to over analyze it too much, but it does worry me when its happening..
