back pain
My back is really hurting me today. It's my first time with any true back pain. Any advice?
My chiropractor told me to use an ice pack and lemme tell you it feels spectacular !
Thats about the time that I started having back pain with my twins, warm baths deffinately help and so does a heating pad just dont leave it on for extended periods of time. I also saw a chriproctor a few times and it really helped ! I went every two Weeks from twenty Weeks untill thirty Weeks .
Tylenol is really the only safe pain reliever .....so take one and lay in a warm bath .....actually mine has been killing me all day ....bad....I'm laying in a bath on my phone app. As I type this lol I'm 36 days away from my due date :)
Congrats on the twins.. :) one of them could be postioned in your back . i know my boy has his head under my ribcage and his feet are in my back and it gets painful.
I'm only 19 weeks and 1 day. But I'm having twins. And a bubble bath sounds nice. Thank u.
How far along are you? im 29+6 and get really bad back pains i usually take a warm bubble bath i find it relaxing so it takes my mind off of the pain and the warmth of the bath relaxes the muscles.
Anybody? I would ask.my dad what to do.but he's not around tonight. And I'm not sure what's safe to take
