Take prenatal vitamins and protein powder.
Green veggies are high in protien and iron! I take prenatals for vitamins. I also eat a ton of fuit and it saves me from craving the bad sweets like chocolate bars, ice cream etc.
Nuts have protein. Some are kinda salty though. Beans have lots of protein. Donno how far along u are but it also has fiber and well its beans so would help with constipation lol dark leafy stuff like spinach has iron
Take prenatals to get your vitamins. And eat lots of fruits and veggies. Eggs and nuts are high in protein. And drink lots of water.
