Nuts

Is it safe to eat but during pregnancy? Some people have said I should but I love nuts lol

on that logic, everything you eat the baby will allergic to lol!

I eat alot of nuts n my doctor actually said if u do eat different kind of nuts your baby will Not b allergic to many things n they have many protein.

I've ate peanut butter and nuts with both my last and this pregnancy . And peanut butter fudge ! Both my kids are healthy and fine (:

I ate so much peanut butter n nuts throughout my pregnancy they say those who tend to not eat peanuts their kids end up getting allergys

Nuts are totally fine during pregnancy. Years ago they used to say don't eat nuts for fear of allergies (they used to say not to eat strawberries either) however they are now finding that your child may have a less risk of developing food allergies if you eat a wide variety of foods including nuts!

Well I eat a peanut butter sandwhich everyday and have never heard that. lol I actually was told to carry them around with me as good protein snacks with my first pregnancy because I wasnt gaining weight quick enough.
