Nyquil okay?

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and have one heck of a cold. I was up all night last night and I'm exhausted. Tylenol has not helped a bit and I want to try something else to give me some relief. I bought Nyquil tablets, are they safe to take? Unfortunately it's Friday night and can't exactly call my doctor. Any advice?

Thanks in advance!

You can take benadryl, as for the herbal teas I have heard bad things such as they can cause miscarriage and softening of the cervix which could cause pre term labour. I figured this out today when I bought my favorite sleepy time herbal tea and it said on the box to consult my doctor before drinking it. :( Just a heads up.

No none of the over the counter cold medicines is okay for you if your pregnant. I drank herbal teas. Used Vicks in a cup with some water heated it up In the microwave in a coffee cup and inhaled like a humidifier. Slept it off
