showing?

Okay so im 14 weeks from today and this is my first baby can be showing at this point. im just wondering if its me showing are if its my stomach from being so constipated.which im having difficult time with i tried everything and fiber works but only a little bit. but i was just wondering if i could be showing. I mean its just a pooch.

It's possible it could be, but most of it sounds like bloat. It depends on your body shape, weight and your own body set up. Most first time mothers won't show till later in their pregnancies due to tougher abdominal muscles, but this isn't true for everyone.

It's probably water retention but yeah that's part of the baby bump. I had horrible constipation at the beginning of pregnancy (it went away in the 2nd trimester for some reason) but I ate Fiber Choice chewable the orange flavor which are safe in pregnancy and I actually found to be tasty and they helped the cause ;) also TONS of water.

As for the baby bump ya gotta start showing sometime :)
