OJ & milk story

So Thursday night I started the OJ and milk inducement. I used whole milk and 100% orange juice with pulp. I couldn't handle mixing them so I chugged them back to back. 1/2 cup milk then 1/2 cup OJ. I did it the three days straight ending yesterday. No baby yet. Lots of contractions but that's all so I don't think it worked for me. I'm a ftm and I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow.

I tried an acupuncture session and my water broke 12 hours later! Its natural and safe way to get labor started. I was 38 weeks 6 days with my second.

I dont think it really works because I did it for 3days when I was pregnant as well n never worked.

Try castor oil, I did last Thursday and it didn't work for me but I've heard its worked for a lot of woman and at the very least it will help move things along. I'm miserable. I've been 1 centimeter dilated and 90% effaced for three weeks now. Contractions have almost constantly been 5 minutes apart for a week and a half but I haven't progressed so I've been home the whole time. My doctor said we would discuss induction for 41 weeks at my next appointment but I really don't wanna be induced. I've been trying everything though and all it's done is cause contractions for a few hours. As soon as I go to sleep I wake up and they've stopped. Supposedly the different Ph in the OJ and milk causes contractions and kick starts labor. Some women swear by it. It didn't help Me though.

I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow. I was going to give that a try. I'm having no signs of labor really. What are we going to do lol
