You can loose your mucus plug but not necessarily go into labor after , because it grows back .

I lost mine at 35 weeks as well and old 38 weeks now and still only half a centimeter dilated and 70% effaced. This is musicians pregnancy to so the fast that it's going so slow is making me impatient!

No ma'am. Lost mine at 35wks was 3cm dilated 80% effaced with contractions 4-5 min at 35wks and still carried til induced at 41wks.
Not necessarily. Your mucus plug can grow back. I lost mine Saturday and I'm still very preggl Lol. 4 days till my due date
