Did I miscarry OR Am I pregnant? Twin situation??

For the past two months I've had my period right on time; Oct.5th, and Nov.5th. A regular period for me lasts up to 4 days. This month I got my period unusually early on Dec.1st, 23 days since my last one ended on Nov.8th. That would make me 1 week early. This period was unusually heavy and painful (terrible cramping on the day it started). The next 3 days it seemed like a regular period with the exception of being very unusually hungry, with a lot of movement in my lower abdomen. My period ended within the usual 4 days on Dec.4th. Since then I feel a slight sickness in my stomach when I wake up (an unusual sickness I never felt before). I also feel I am dying of hunger when I wake up. Still feeling movement in my lower abdomen. Also when I had intercourse 2 days after my period ended I had slight bleeding, and my period should of been well over with. Then when I was out to eat, I felt a sudden rush of tiredness and sickness all in one. I thought I was gonna pass out for a minute- Maybe it was the spicy salsa?? I have never miscarried or been pregnant before, so all of this is confusing to me. I read up on pregnancy and miscarriages even took some quizzes. Yet none of it makes sense and doesn't seem to be matching up. Is it possible I could have miscarried a twin and still have one in the oven??

I was pregnant with twins last year (ended in miscarriage)....Joy is right, there is no way that you would be able to feel movement as of yet......I didn't feel anything until around 18-19 weeks with this pregnancy.......Try a HPT to see if you test positive......Best of luck

i agree with Joy ,...no movement is possible at the beginning of pregnancy..plus you had a heavy period which minimizes the chances of pregnancy, even if it was a miscarriage its most likely you would have passed your period time first, which is the time that the clump of cells form ..sometimes your period can be disturbed for some reason and you can definitely feel sick too...i would say it might be an intestinal sensitivity and it can also extends to the uterine area..

If you were pregnant you wouldn't feel movement until halfway through the pregnancy (usually around 20 weeks). Sounds like you might have had some abdominal disturbances (such as gas, bloating). It just sounds like you're sick to me. You can always take a pregnancy test.
