Has anyone else been diagnosed with this? Im 34 weeks and they suspect I have it. Have to do a 24 hour urine test and then blood work :( went in today and my blood pressure was high and protein was in my urine. Ive also had spots in my vision and, not sure if this is related or not, but I have been having severe pain to the right and on my belly button and it lasts for hours.

They just said if I get a pounding headache to go to the er

Thats the scary part...they didnt even tell me. I didnt ask though, but when my mom asked she got really mad they didnt tell me what it was.

How high was your blood pressure and how much protein in your urine??

I had severe preeclamplsia in my first pregnancy. Everything swelled up huge, I had blurred vision and spots so bad I could barely see, pain in right side up around ribs that was constant, and blood pressure was 170 / 140. I felt so weak i could hardly shower myself. The were able to give me some meds to slow it down and get baby to 35wks. Sounds like they've got it early with you if you do have it. Fingers crossed everything goes great for you.

I had it my last pregnancy and I had all of those symptoms I also was swollen in my feet ankles and face they will determine if the baby is safer out than in I was induced and gave birth at 32 weeks

Thats good to hear! Thats at least one less symptom towards preeclampsia to worry about :)

Ive had that pain by my belly button! It was like a week before it went away. No idea what it was. And I havent had it. But my aunt did.
