Old wives tales. Boys vs Girls

This is my first child, I'm 19 weeks and don't know what it is yet. I think it's a girl but some others thinks it's a bit because I had/ have no nothing sickness only nausea. Does anyone have any stories involving old wives tales that proved that they were only tales lol. I find them to be very entertaining but still fun

Just a wive tale. W my 1st son had a lot of morning sickness, & my second son no symtoms at all. I craved chocolate w my 1st & 2nd son sweet stuff and soury.  Then i was carrying high w my 1st & low w second.

Oh I got the beauty one too! My nails and hair have never looked better, I haven't worn make up of any kind since I got pregnant lol I'm a little more oily but that's the "glow" everyone talks about haha I've honestly never felt prettier and I'm having a girl :)

The way you carry can tell the gender such as high for girl low for boy. I carried high with my son and now low with my girl. Also that wheb you have a girl your daughter steals your beauty my skin and hair have been amazing and I'm glowing! These were both super wrong! I knew I was having a girl though since my pregnancy symptoms were totally different than with my boy (:

Congrats!! That's what I've heard as well but my best friend had a baby last year and she thought she was carrying a girl because she was horribly sick all the time, turned out to be a healthy baby boy. The tales are definitely got fun because everyone is different, but it's pretty cool to see how some seem to be true for some :)

The one where it's a girl if you carry high and a boy if you're carrying low,not true for me I'm carrying high and I'm having a boy :)

Well for be the theory that girl bug you more (horrible morning sickness) was 100% true lol but I'm carrying very low and they say that's for boys I think. Also the sugar thing, I cannot get enough sweets and fruits haha and she is definitely a girl.
