braxton hicks and other symptoms 23 wks

I apologize. This is long.. just worried..
I started getting BH around 24 weeks with my first baby and started dialating aroung 32 weeks. Ended up being 3cm dialated on my due date. I started getting BH this time (2nd baby) early at like 15 weeks. Last night they were pretty bad. I had em for like 2 hours, very uncomfortable but not painful, every 3-6 min. I was laying down the entire 2 hours drinking water and they finally went away. When I got up to use the bathroom I felt shooting pain in my vagina. This worries me because I don't want to start dialating too soon. I started having dizziness shortness of breath and almost blacking out a couple weeks ago. Doctor told me to take iron. I just had a doctors appointment yesterday and everything was normal. She said id ont need the iron and that my heart and lungs sound normal. I only work about 20hrs a week on my feet running around in 3-4 hour shifts. And I did work last night. I drink water like crazy throughout the day especially when I'm working.  Should I be worried?

I wouldnt worry too much unless the contractions start to get painful. I am only 24 weeks and have braxton hicks all the time..the other night i had them amlost like u did...not painful but uncomfortable. i wld just continue doin what ur doin adn drink as much water as possible, If ur able just when u have them I wld try and rest until they were over. w my second i had braxton hicks really earyl and pain in my vagina..its just the baby settling and puttin pressure on ur uterus.
