One sided pain?

I just found out I'm pregnant. I'm about 5 weeks and since about 3-4 weeks ago, I've been having mild pain on the right side, lower stomach. I had an ultrasound to check my ovaries, everything came out good, no masses or anything. That same day I took a test and found out I'm pregnant. Is this mild pain something I should worry about or is this common during pregnancy?

That also is how I found out I was pregnant. My doctor didn't seem to be worried about the pains. Im 11 weeks still have the pains in my ovaries.

I had the same pain when I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks. It felt like a cramping in my left ovary that lasted until I was about 8 weeks. The doctor said I probably ovulated from that side is why it was only hurting on that side. Plus your uterus is stretching. So I'd say it's totally normal!
