once I start feeling the Braxton hicks is it normal to feel them everyday after that ?

I came to the conclusion that it was cause after an incident at home that made me feel mad and scared. Because I only felt it twice and now I'm fine. But thank you. I did freak out now I'm trying to just take it day by day

Sorry for late reply but if they are even 5 mins apart u want to go to the er cause 5 mins or less is active labor contractions

So about 20 min ago I got 2 pretty sharp pain in my lower abdomen about 5 min apart and then the urge to throw up. Is that normal. I called my doctors office and the nurse told me if it happens again within a short period of time to go to wmergencies. What should I do??

Yes it is Very normal its just your body trying to prepare for actual labor, if your contractions are not 3-5 mins apart then you are fine if they get that close go to the hospital cause that's active labor
