Has anyone tried this?? If so how well does it work... I'm already almost 4cm dilated but not having active contractions & I want to speed up the process...
Worked for a lot of other women, I'm on my 8th day and nothing. I guess I've had contractions here and there and lost my mucus plug and I'm 2cm dilated but that just might be my body. I've been trying everything cause my due date is tomorrow!
I actually did this twice today. Once in the morning once in afternoon. Nithing happened for me :( milk and on sounds gross mixed but didnt taste bad at all. It didnt upset my stomach or put me in labor...
