I wasn't ovulating when I had sex,but I was just getting off my period when I had sex.My question is,Can I be pregneant or not? or should I just wait until November 3rd to see if I get my period????????    PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME,AND ANSWER ME!!! I come from a very religous Background and would feel so bad if I was,I am very nervous!

You CAN be pregnant and CAN get pregnant ANYtime you have unprotected sex.

Take a test 14 days after unprotected sex.

A woman ovulates 14 days BEFORE their period, not 14 days after is starts. This is a common misconception. Sperm can live in the genital tract up to 5 days, so you don't need to be ovulating on the day you had sex to get pregnant. There really is no way of knowing if you are pregnant or not without waiting until you miss you period and taking a test, though gillian is right, you need to use contraceptives if you and your partner are not ready to become parents. Good luck and I hope you get the outcome you want.

i don't think your pregnant as most women on a 28 day cycle ovulate 14 days after 1st day of there period.  Though i wouldn't rule it out completely until you have missed your period in November.

If you are sexually active why do you not use contraception?  not just to stop "accidental pregnancies" but also to stop you contracting an STD.  I think you should seriously consider some sort of protection for both yourself and your partner/partners.  Good luck!!
