Ovarian cysts help please

Hi, everyone just wanted some opinions and experienced comments please. :) I am a 20yr old mother of one. Reg. perods are 30-35 days. My last period was Oct. 22nd 2008. I last had sex on 11/2/2008, on 11/15/2008 I experienced some light spotting and . that's it. Of course when I missed AF the next week I thought pregnancy so I took a test that was negative. I also missed the one for Dec. Fast forward to today 1/25/2009 and my AF was due 3 days ago and hasn't came yet. So that's 3 months no period I have taken 5 pregnancy tests all urine and ALL negative. The last test was at the E.R. on 1/9/09 because I was having some pelvic cramping and that urine test was negative. I have been experiencing some symptoms but I doubt they are related to pregnancy since 5 tests are negative so I'm thinking PCOS. Symptoms are: Sore breasts, weight gain ( 10 pds since Nov.) headaches, constant pelvic cramping, little throbbing "pulsations" (I guess that's what u call it) in the pelvic area also. Um, the doctor's won't do a blood test to check for anything else, I am not on birth control and never have been, not under a lot of stress although I do have a 4yr old son.

I am looking for another doctor just haven't found one yet. Now I don't think it's pregnancy either seeing as that 5 tests are negative. The clinic won't do blood test because they "say" that they are too expensive and since the 5 tests came back negative they should be right. I don't know what else to do

Your doctor won't do blood tests?????? I don't understand why he wouldn't, honey. I think you might want to consider getting a second opinion. He should at least do a blood test to rule out pregnancy, even though it's not likely since all your tests were negative. You should definitely at least get an ultrasound to check for cysts. Cyst can be quite a hassle to deal with and you need to know the type of cyst you have, if any, and the size of it.  I hope you don't have any, but if you do, just find comfort in knowing that they are mostly benign.  I really think you should demand to have the appropriate tests done or look for another doctor. Good luck!
