Overnight stretchmarks

I am now 36 weeks and 2 days, and guess what?? I finally got a little spot of stretchmark! It just looks like a little dot, but I was wondering do they fade away once the baby is born? I literally got them overnight, they were not there the night before last. Did that happen to anybody, where stretchmarks appeared in the last month and spontaneously?

Oh just wait...mine came on strong two weeks before ds was born.  They are all around my belly button...I literally thought I was going to deliver him that way.  Ahywho, they do lighten up, mine have been there for 5 months now and they are just small squigly lines.  I still have a bit of a pooch there so I am curious as to what they would look like if my belly was flat again.  But I think they are there for life...baby war wounds!
