Late Period

I just got off of bc in April and since then, my periods have been regular. I was expecting my next period April 29, today is May 4 and i still have no cramping or any other signs of it coming on. I have no other signs or symptoms of me being pregnant but, could i be?

WELL ITS GOT TO BE SOMETHING, TRY GOING AND SEEING AN OB/GYN. SOMETIMES GIRLS JUST MISS THEIR PERIOD FOR NO REASON AT ALL.. BUT THERE ARE A MILLION POSSIBILITIES ON WHY YU COULD BE MISSING IT YA KNOW? I SUGGEST THEN, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AND HAVING BLOOD WORK AND PERHAPS A CERVIX EXAM, AND POSSIBLY AN ULTRASOUND DONE TO CHECK ALL THE ORGANS IN THERE LIKE YUR UTERUS AND OVARIES :)

Well first, you ask yourself if you have had unprotected sex since you have gotten off of birthcontrol.

If no, then it could just be your body reacting funny from the hormone drop. Which actually happens a lot. I am not a doctor though.
If you are stressed out, that could lead to periods being missed.

If yes, you have had unprotected sex since you have been off of birthcontrol. Then there is a huge possibility of pregnancy. Especially cause your body is always vulnerable. Even without pregnancy symptoms pregnancy can always occur.

If you are seriously concerned about your period, I recommend seeing your doctor, whereas another symptom of no period could be a sign of and STD. Hope all goes well!
