Ovulation after D&C

I first got pregnant November 29th 2009. I carried Identical Twins till February 22nd 2010. I had a miscarriage so February 26th I had a D&C. I didn't get my period until April 1st 2010 and only had it for 3 days. Here its May 5th 2010 and I've had period cramps and some back ache for a week. Today i was surprised to find just light pink blood and not even enough to wear a tampon or pad. I'm wondering if this could just be because of my D&C that I've had recently and i have an irregular period still. At the same time I am worried that this could be infertilization bleeding, even though i didn't have that my last pregnancy. Should i wait a few more days to see if it gets heavier/back to normal? A family friend said to call my OBGYN just to check up and make sure. If this light pink bleeding stops tonight i might have to go buy myself a pregnancy test... Yikes :(

Thanks - Trisha Lynn*

if you have sex within 3 weeks of miscarrying you will more than likely be pregnant because you are very fertile after a miscarriage

Hey trish. I am sorry to hear about you losing your twins =( Well I think that it is probably just your period trying to getting back to normal but your friend is right... It never hurts to call the doctor and have it checked out. If the bleeding stops tonight then (if it is implantation bleeding) it could very well be too early for it to show on a pregnancy test. I would say wait 3-4 days and see if it levels out (starts into a full blown period or stops) and then take a home test. Good luck =)
