Evening primrose oil
I'm 36+2 and was given the ok by my doc to start taking epo orally. I forgot to ask how much to take a day? Anyone know off hand? And at what point should it start being inserted? Thanks ladies!

I'm 37 weeks and my doctor told me 2 orally and 1 vaginally. So I'd say take two and start vaginally at 37 weeks because you'll be term :)
