Is it possible , beings that I havent had a period in so long to still get p-g?? Help please !!

If you have PCOS you will need to get the PCOS under control because chances are you are not even ovulating as many PCOSers do not ovulate, thus you won't be able to conceive. Not having a period for half a year is very concerning. If you're overweight losing even 15 lbs can get those ovaries working again. There are also medications and holistic ways to get symptoms under control. Spotting does not indicate pregnancy.

You could have spontaneously ovulated and be prego, but with what you have described it is highly unlikely...You more than likely just irritated your cervix which could be the cause of the intermittent bleeding or you could be about to start a cycle...I would go to the doc to have the PCOS checked...Joy is right about losing weight and PCOS as I have it and after losing weight and taking meds we are currently 9wks 6days prego...
