They're making the man go back to where he dropped it off and get it if he can't that's a full refund
I would call the company you bought it from. They will also call FedEx and figure it out. They should refund you or send you another crib. Same thing happened to me with a cell phone I ordered. The company sent me a new one and FedEx refunded me my shipping charge.
