PLEASE HELP AND ANSWER. 35 weeks and cramping w lower back pain

So yesterday i spotted a little bit when i went tinkle. Today i have had lower back pain on my left side and now im cramping in my lower stomach, im still able to get up abd move and do stuff but i have to walk kinda slumped over bc o the cramps. I have had any contractions i do however have more liquidy discharge todat thats a little more than normal. Do you think its just my body getting ready since im 35 weeks or does any of this sound like thw start of labor? Any other mommies experience this and what happened?! Thanks guys

If the blood was in your urine and you have one sided back pain it could be a kidney infection. Very common in late pregnancy because the bladder has a hard time fully emptying and the tubes that lead from the kidneys to bladder dilate a bit so urine can easily backtrack and cause infection.
