I just went to pee and when I wiped it there was a light pink spot on the bath tissue I'm 37 weeks
Its more and likely your cervix thinning out. When you start dilating you tend to have some light pink discharge. I had this happen to me at 35 weeks you should call ur doc right away if you are noticing bright red blood or if you have a gush of liquid
