+++PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS but NEGATIVE TEST+++

Hi all,

1. any women in this forum have experience this? how late your period and what are your symptoms? is it normal?

2. pregnancy tests, how accurate are they compare to blood test? or would you recommend Ultra sound?

3. if you have experienced something like this...please tell us whether you end up pregnant or negative.

PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE AND OPINION HERE...
this might help others realize they're not alone..especially for them who worry too much like me.

i had my us today and it neg, so i am not pregnant but it is still a possibility for anyone else to be.

yelloweskimo, i hope this is the same for me, so many negs i am so irritated.
although my doc thinks i could be pregnant just wants to cover all bases with this ultrasound.

i have an ultrasound to go to as my blood tests came back neg both of them. i will see then what is going on, hopefully it is not a cyst. i will keep all posted on what is going on.
cassandbaby: i would go in and ask your doc for a blood test or an ultrasound, to see what is going on seen as you have had these pains for so long. i also get these pains, they are like sharp pins digging into me, my nipples are tender and feel like they are leaking, i also get nausea and tiredness headaches and a few dizzyspells but nothing i am too concerned about. it is all the other stuff, dizzy doesn't bother me. i am constantly being looked at weird like everyone thinks i'm making it up, it's all in my head but i know it is not. i have had these symptons now for so long about 6 weeks that i know it is not in my head. i will have to wait until my ultrasound to really find out what is going on, but i am hoping it is pregnancy not a cyst.

i've just been through a similar experience. I just had a baby about eight in a half months ago, and had been pumping, and a few months prior i was taking the mini pill (stopped in january). a couple of weeks before april i had started to get cramps like af was going to come but nothing, then i got what seemed like implantation bleeding. which was brownish and spotty. few days later i started to get frequent headaches, nausea, tingling/ burning sensation in nipples, sore boobs, more prominent veins on my boobs, and freckle like spots again on my boobs, frequent urination, cramping continued (have it still),  more of an appetite, bloated feeling, dizziness, and a weird pain in my pelvic area on my left side sometimes sharp. i've taken 6 hpts all negative. i just went in on monday for what i thought was a blood test but was a standard urine test. it came back negative. the dr i had seen had told me all my symptoms are normal. but she had me get blood tests to check for thyriod and such and they came back normal so i don't know she wasn't very helpful. i left the appt more confused then i went in, she did however say take a hpt test in two weeks,and if negative and still experiencing symptoms come in. i'm still cramping it's been over two months, and i'm still getting the pain in my left side in my pelvic area so... i guess we'll see.

I have a history of irregular periods and recently had a 6-7 week cycle.  I  would have nausa, vomiting, swollen tender breasts, tiredness,  sometimes dizziness.  I always keep a test on hand and they are never positive.   After several months of this I even got a slight discharge from my breasts.   I'm 30 and now having my thyroid checked.

Blood tests are a lot more pregnant than HPT, you can usually go by them but there have been occasions where people have been pregnant with negative blood tests.

I have wanted to be pregnant so badly before that I have given myself the symtoms - which isn't uncommon. I am pregnant now, and the symptoms I am getting are a lot stonger than the ones I 'made up in my head', there is a big difference and I can see that now.

EEL81 - When my mum was pregnant with me the doctors kept telling her it was a cyst, she got up to 13 weeks before they believed her. They did tests, exams and everything but kept telling her it was a cyst. Keep me posted if you can

i ahve had the same thing, all these symptons, headaches, nausea, cramps, tiredness, irritable. so on and so on. all tests negative. 6 hpts and 2 blood tests. doc sending me for an ultrasound cause he said it could be a cyst. i really am frustrated cause i was hoping to be pregnant. i really feel like i am but all of this is so irritating when all tests come back neg it doesn't help. i am on the depo shot so really unsure because i don't actually get my period. i am due for the needle at end of month so we will see.
