PREGNANT AND BLEEDING

i gave birth 6months ago to my son and 3weeks ago i did 6 pregnancy tests all came back positive i am now 7 weeks into my pregnancy and last sunday 22/03/15 i noticed a pink discharge on the toilet paper i went straight to a + e they said it sounded like implantation bleeding and sent me home on the friday 20/03/15 the discharge turned into streaks of red again i went up to a+e they did a internal exam and said my cervix was still closed so i wasn't having a miscarriage but been booked in for a emergency scan on Tuesday to make sure it isnt a ectopic pregnancy and again was sent home then on saturday 29/3/15 i started to get a bit of a headache and what felt like mild period pains but only lasted 15seconds i went to the toilet wiped and on the tissue was a clot of blood and blood was trickling out of me i rushed back up to a+e had another internal vaginal examination and they said there was clots gathered around my cervix she wiped them away and said the bleeding might be just my bodys way of cleaning itself out and getting rid of what isnt needed (OLD BLOOD BASICALLY) then the nurse phoned gynecologist and they told her to do another examination to see if she could get her finger inside my cervix if so i had to go straight to them if not i could go home on bedrest and keep an eye on the blood flow i had a blood test and was sent home today i am still bleeding but it isnt as bad and i am not soaking sanitary towels thats gotta be a good sign surely

as anyone else experienced anything like this i am worrying myself like mad and gone onto have normal pregnancys or am i having a miscarrage as the nurses have said it doesnt seem like one

I just got off of bedrest for a hematoma. The bleeding will get better just hang in there mama, sometimes it just takes a little. I was on bedrest from week 8 to week 12 and i've been fine ever since :).

Hiya been for my scan and it was confirmed that I have miscarried the baby couldn't be found but the pregnancy test still said positive so just to be sure I have to do another in 2weeks as my pregnancy hormones should of gone by then if its positive there's a bit of hope that the baby is still there and just too small to pick up on the Ultrasound but not getting my hopes up :(

This sounds like break through bleeding. I've been dealing with this for 15 weeks lol. Basically, your body hasn't realized that it doesn't need to go through the period stage, usually due to lower levels of hcg. As long as you are careful and do minimal lifting/stretching, you and baby should be fine. I use the twenty pound rule: if it's heavier than a six month old baby, I don't pick it up.
