So my boyfriend sister is getting a job, and she needs someone to baby sit her 4 year old daughter. She said she would pay 100 a week, and I thought that was amazing because I could buy the baby stuff. Well, once they left I got to thinking....Oh god what did I just agree to.. Im going to be pregnant and baby sitting a hyper 4 year old. I keep telling myself this is training!! However I am scared that I won't be able to Handel it lol. I guess we'll find out.

You'll be ok babysitting one child is better than 3 put together. I'm watching my sister 6 & 4 and my 2 yrold son. They are a pain I'm only 9 wk and high risk pregnancy. You will be fine, the kids only want to play and watch tv.

Of course you can handle it!  Question is, do you really want to?  

Other's people's kids are different than our own.  So even if you find it difficult, don't let that scare you into thinking it will be really hard with your own kids!

good luck-----  really, do what is best for you.  This should not be a stressful time and if you find you don't like babysitting, then don't feel bad about doing what is best for you.  (again, babysitting is different than taking care of your own child.  Our own children have worn us down by the time they are 4!  We are used to them.)  Peace and good luck to you

Youll be fine. Im 28weeks pregnant &have a very active 3 1/2year old son. It will definitely be good practice :)

Thanks for the advice ladies, I know I need the practice. lol. It is going to be training for my boyfriend to, he works third shift and he'll have to get use to the noise lol

LOL u will be ok :) I have a 4,3 n 1.. and let me mention I'm high risk pregnant n still have the ability to stay by myself with them (well I have no choice) husband has to work :)

Lol i completely agree with her. You'll be fine. I never babysat before until i started watching a 4yr old and a 10mo old at the same time. And i didn't even have kids lol. The 4 yr old was so easy to watch. She was always entertaining herself or wanting to simply watch a movie. But since its just her you can focus all attention on her and it will be pretty easy. Just feed her and entertain her till mommy gets home and you'll be just fine dear! (: and it definitely is training though lol

I'm sure you will do fine. Just make sure you entertain her with toys and movies! 4 year olds are pretty simple as long as they have toys and movie to watch.
