Hi.. I am 10 weeks pregnant and for the past week I have been getting a huge headache that I get really dizzy and sometimes I end up falling on the floor my question is this a part of the pregnancy ? And can I take any Tylenol or ibuprofen for the pain? It's my first time being pregnant and I really don't know much.

No ibuprofen, it causes miscarriages. Sounds like you need to eat more. It happened to me with my 2nd

Have u been checked by a doctor yet? I suggest u should especially if ur fainting. I would drink ton n tons of water alsobdont drinj coffee I know wit me made me worse light tea and water helped also def get ur blood pressure checked
