Pains in stomach

Since yesterday I have had very uncomfortable pains in my stomach, sometimes when I move into a different position I get shooting pains in my belly and if a certain amount of pressure is put in my belly it hurts, I haven't had any bleeding but still worried and unsure what it could be. Also I'm wondering if it could be constipation? Before becoming pregnant I had regular toilet movements but now I'm finding it very difficult to go and even break wind, could these pains be related? Please help, I'm worrying myself sick! Thanks :)

Thank you guys :) I'm 19+2,  I've got my next scan in 4 days so I'm worried that when they check me something will be wrong so trying to find out now so I'm not panicking too much at the scan! Also as this is my first pregnancy every little ache, pain, anything that's not right I worry, perhaps just mothers instinct :) I will definitely try Tums! Anything to help with this, it's embarrassing too! Helped a lot and put my mind at rest, thanks a lot :)

If your find it hard to have a bowel movement get you some fiber suplement pills or eating yougurt helps me if you think its gas you can take tums just dont take more then 10 in 24 hours and I think the sensitivity to pressure is normal you belly is being strechted for your little one just dont wear tight pants I find it very uncomfortable. And dont over stress yourself I dont know how far along you are but you stressing puts stress on your baby! Good luck hope this helps :)
