Almost 12 weeks and having sharp pains on the right side of lower abdomen. They go away and come back. Anyone else have this? Or know what it is? Not vomiting, no fever, no bleeding.

I experienced pain like that, same place. It ended out being a cyst. The pain came and went. It went from little pain to sharper pain too intense. It its like where your ovaries could be then it might be a cyst.

If it was your appendix the pain would be almost unbearable and constant, cysts can be the same way too, hope that helps!
