Im 6 weeks and 6days pregnant and i have pains on my lower left side they off and on could this be gas pains or something serious they dont hurt either
It will happen threw out the pregnancy because ur uterus is growing it's something that is normal.

It could be gas pains and ligaments stretching to accommodate ur baby.
