I flew to Hawaii pregnant with my first at nearly 9 months in 2010. my Dr gave me the go ahead. he had me come in the week before we flew out to check me and give me my complete file for emergencies and checked me when I got back.. while in Hawaii I had some horrible contractions, and I betted my bottom dollar I had dialated from my 1 to at least 3, but nope. I was the same as I was the week before I flew out.

Yes. Its the last trimesters that its more high risk a girl I work with was 7 months (atleast I think further) and she flew. It may be good to consult your doctor
