Passing out Tissue

Hi,
I was so excited when a HPT test came back positive a few weeks ago because I have had some unfortunate events in the area of conception. Just as I turned 9 weeks pregnant, I began to spot. At first it was brown, then it later turned pink but then it wasn't enough to soak a pantyliner, only present when I wipe. Then by evening I started to cramp. I noticed I had begun passing out clots and bleeding more, though not as much as I would have in a normal period. The cramping stopped but I continued to pass brownish blood through the night and the rest of the following day. This evening when I went to take a shower, I pulled out a huge brown clump of tissue. I examined it but did not see any sign of a fetus. What is going on???? I am so worried and have been in tears all day.

As others have said you need to contact your doctor.

Also you won't see a fetus at 9 weeks pregnant. The embryo would be far too small to see.
