Peeing when I cough 7 months pregnant!

After I had my daughter two years ago I quickly realized that every time I got sick and started coughing a lot I would pee a little, was annoying but whatever.  I'm now 7 months pregnant with my second baby and have a terrible cough and I can't stop peeing! I seriously change my pants like 3 times a day.  My question is,  is this normal? Could it be something wrong?  I feel like an old incontinent lady and I'm only 22 ):

It's totally normal! I am 7 months pregnant as well with my second baby and it happens to me too.. I would change my pants a lot with my first one and also now with my second one.

Use some pads To Help catch any. Much easier then changing your outfit. If it happens again this pregnancy I'm using some of my cloth liners

I have the same problem it really does suck dr said try to do sedule bathroom stops so ur bladder is never to full

Maybe try pelvic floor excercizes like keegals

Something i learn to do for those situation is using period pads, doesnt have to be the big one but it help that it will no go to the closeand you can change it in the bathroom really quick if youre outside

Lol no dont worry its normal as baby is putting pressure youre already 7months happens 2 me too and doctor said its normal i kmow its uncomfortable but youre almost there(:
