Pelvic pain

This is my second pregnancy and I'm 36 weeks and 5 days...lately I've been having pelvic pain and it hurts and now it starting to pop when i move certain ways...i can't really walk it hurts whatever i do i feel them grinding...i feel so worthless i can't do anything around my house or play with my daughter...what do you do or take to make the pain go away?

Yea that's the Best you can do while pregnant :/ hot baths might help with pain as well .. I'm due November 3rd (: what about you ?

Thank u...i tried that yesterday n it worked a lil..i took a Tylenol last night before bed n that worked to n a little heating pad i feel so much better then what i usually feel(: whens ur due date?

Hi again , I saw this post of yours as well and since we are pretty close in dates I can try and relate . It's my second child as well and I've had bad hip/pelvic pain my whole pregnancy. The doctor told me to try and exercise ball and stretch your pelvis as wide as you can . It sounds too painful for me . But to ease the pain I would try tylonel . No more than 2 extra strength at a time . I end up getting stuck on my back from the pain my doctor has to help me off the table . But the most you can do i was told is diff stretches and tylonal if it works for you
