Peppermint is ok to drink. If you are also having a hard time sleeping they have a tea called Sleeptime or you can drink Extra Sleeptime it helps alot. And they dont have any caffeine.
Peppermint tea is fine, regular tea is fine. Green teas should be avoided because they stop your body from absorbing all the folic acid that you need. White teas are fine also. Peppermint tea is a great nausea reliever.

Long as it is caffeine free... If not then only a little but i drunk like three glasses day of caffeine free peppermint tea in my first trimester it was the only thing that cured nausea
