FTM Paranoia

Wonder how many other first timers find themselves paranoid about little things in their pregnancy? I find myself having fleeting paranoid thoughts all the time, even when I know that the incident was completely normal - there's always that "What if...?" floating around, lol. Hoping I'm not the only one ;-)

Most of it kicked in here lately - I'm 36+2 and now every time I feel even the slightest little twinge I have labor alarms going off in my head. I'm constantly having to remind myself to just BREATHE, lol....

Oh, I laugh at myself all the time! I'll have the thought and then stand there talking to myself like "Really?" My fiance thinks it's funny, but at the same time he's every bit as paranoid as I am, lol. We're a mess :-)
