I am almost 34 weeks, and i too for the first time felt llike a continuous dull ache down low, like a period ache yesterday afternoon. But it did go away after about an hour. Maybe the further along we get towards the end we get all sorts of aches and pains. But i haven't had any pain to do with my belly button!

It sounds like braxton hicks to me. But it never hurts to get it checked out. Try laying down, water, and tylenol and see if they go away. If not, you should go get it checked.

Thank you I didn't end up calling or going in I ended up falling asleep threw it. But past few days the pressure down there has gotten worse. And it's annoying me. But I have a appointment on Thursday so maybe I should just wait it out? And ask her to check if I am dilating at all?

You should call your doctor tonight. They may want to have you checked out at labor and delivery to see if you are having contractions and progressing into labor.
