Period cramps

Serious question...im 37wks & ive been having like menstrual period cramps the whole night & followed by a horrible back pain.. Ive also had dome type of discharge but it looks more like water just clear & thin... Could this mean im ready for labor or is it just something normal?? What do i do?

im 39 weeks and i started to get that last week it's normal in your last few weeks, if the discharge is white it's just normal if it turns a green/browny colour call your doctor/midwife as it could be your mucus plug and if at any point the pain gets too severe go see your midwife as it could be slow labour Hun, good luck xxx

Omgg well this is really really uncomfortable :(
How will i know its its my water tho? Becausee its all liquidy just plain clear..

it feels like a gigantic pop when your waters go, like a final huge kick from baby then loads of fluid comes out, more than your usual you'll just know Hun xx

Ive heard some girls start leaking that water little by little so im just kinda scared that it might be getting empty if it is that or something... Thank you soo much though :)

Hmm well some womens could be leaking but your water probably hasn't broke buut you could be having back labor. If it becomes a pattern call your doctor and try drinking water or something.
