Chances of survival are pretty much the same as if u were full term , my friend had her baby at 32 weeks and she was breathing on her own , everything was fine she was just little so dnt worry wif the technology they hve theses days and bubs are pretty resilient:-)
My doctors plan to induce me at 34 or 35 weeks because my baby has a growth restrictions and other problems so your baby will be fine 37 weeks is considered full term so it's not too early plus I was born 2 and a half months early and am fine don't stress your baby will just be smaller and shouldn't have too long of a nicu stay
She should be fine then :)
she weighed 3 lbs && 12 oz 4 weeks ago.
a week over weight so.&& they gave her the steroids for.her.lungs.
They are really good, my Dr is trying to get me to 34 because the chance of survival increase dramatically
She should be perfectly fine. Nicu for a few weeks until she learns to breathe and eat on her own and usually they have to weigh 5 pounds to leave nicu too.
Your chances of baby surviving are pretty high I actually have a friend who had to give birth at 26 weeks due to preeclampsia her baby weighed 1 lb 9 oz and now she is a healthy 8 lb 4 month old your baby might have to stay in the nicu for a little while but she should be able to come home after a little while
Pretty good from what I know. Your baby may have to stay in the hospital a little longer though. Do you know how much he or she weighs?
