Thanks ladies, I assumed it was too early to have any pressure on the nerve, but its already killin me! Not ready for what the next few months will be like when it comes to this.
Tylonel or u can get on all fours like our crawling and that kinda shifts every thing . Those are the only things that work for me. If it gets super bad u can go to a chiropractor
I had the same problem early on this pregnancy. It may seem early but every woman and every pregnancy is different so anything is possible. Try sitting 'butterfly' style (soles of your feet together pulled in towards your body as close as possible) and then lean your body forward until that pain is absolutely intolerable and then hold it until you don't feel it more and push forwards just a bit more and do the same thing. There's other stretches that will help but that is the one that helped me the most and you can google stretches for a sciatic pain to find some more
Is there anything to do that helps it? This is awful!
Mine started around 12 weeks I'm 24 wks now and I only gets worse lol
