Pineapple?
Is it safe to eat pineapple during pregnancy? If no, why?
Thanks. I can't eat it fresh it effects my ulser but I baked it in coconut milk and it cuts the acid.
Fresh pineapple can cause uterine contractions but like she said you have to eat a lot of fresh pineapple for that and it is because of the bromlein in it . Its okay .
I believe it is. they say it can induce labor but you have to eat life 8 whole ones for that to happen.
