I use Mustela stretch mark prevention cream. My mother got pretty major stretch marks with her pregnancies. And so far this is my second pregnancy and I haven't got any stretch marks.
I used coco buttEr with all three of my pregnancies. It didn't really prevent them, but makes them so light you can't see them. But if you feel my belly you can tell their there. As for my sister she didn't use anything during hers and they where dark purple.
But both of ours always disappear after pregnancy
It works stretch mark cream and Nivea cocoa butter lotion work amazing for me.
I was nice with my first daughter. I used coconut oil and bio oil twice a day sometimes just once a day. Didn't get any at all.
2nd pregnancy now, plan on doing the same routine.
Hi hun me and my mother use the coconut essential oil it is amazing and my mothers stretch marks have completely gone you just feel them now you cant see them and i didnt use nothing for my forst so for my second i been using it and its lighting them so much i could upload a photo of the oil but dont think i can on this app goodluck
It is hereditary but I agree hydration and lotioning will help. I have a twin and she got hers all the way up to her under Breast where mine stopped at my belly button.
Just because it might be hereditary doesn't mean you shouldn't try the creams, butter,or oils. I have them because of my mom as well as my sister does but for all three pregnancies I used Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks. My sister noticed that I don't have many stretch marks and they're not dark at all they're pretty light. I recommended it to her and she used it as well.
You can try every cream out there, but there's no guarantee that they'll work and you won't get any. A lot of the time it's hereditary and there's not a lot you can do about it.
