Taking they round medications on an empty stomach is best and in the hospital I give it to my patients first thing in the morning. Maybe a couple hours right before u go to bed, take it so that you're sleeping if u do have any nausea. Shouldn't be enough to wake u. But talk to your doctor and see what he/she says.

I was concerned about my thyroid but my doctor told me as long as I wasn't on meds or having problems pre-pregnancy that they won't even test for problems, let alone medicate because thyroids change naturally during pregnancy! Im sure your fine with a day missed of the meds! Just try and take them daily or ask if you can't keep them down... it shouldn't be a huge deal though!

I'm not but my friend just had her baby Last month, healthy and to term n she had been having thyroid issues for a few years before she got pregnant. Was on meds that her doc had to keep readjusting the dose because they couldn't get her in euthyroid.
